If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for 40 USD. 

Return & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returning an item couldn't be easier!

Products purchased on our own website www.oakaash.com may be exchanged or returned to www.oakaash.com up to thirty days from the date of receipt.

We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original OAK & ASH packaging and tag.


All the personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

You need to return your jewelry with a tracking number to us, please notify us by email at info@oakaash.com.

We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry. After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.


* Please note that OAK & ASH is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.


OAK & ASH will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

The refund will be issued within 24 hours after we received your return.

When will I receive my refund?

If you returned your product by mail to oakaash.com the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.

Warranty & Repairs

What is OAK & ASH warranty?

We offer a 1-year international warranty on all our products, except for our frame chains.

To make a claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, as the original reseller is responsible for managing warranty claims.

*The warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the jewels for example such as surface scratches, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse.

Do you offer extended warranties?

If your product is not under warranty anymore after 1 year, we still offer repair services for 40 USD. 

How do I repair an OAK & ASH piece of jewelry?

Though it rarely occurs, if your OAK & ASH jewelry needs repair, please contact us directly. We handle each piece with individual care and attention to ensure the best service possible.
