Refund policy

Products purchased on www.oakaash.com can be exchanged or returned up to 30 days after the date of receipt. You have the right to return undamaged and unused products, except for engraved items.

Return the product together with the filled out Return form, that you can download here. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. 

OAK & ASH guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support at info@stockholm.com.hk without delay or at the latest within 7 days after reception.
